I drove my car up to the service center at Youngs in Ionia to set up an appointment. I needed an oil change. I asked the employee in the garage about making an appointment. He said, "If u r available now we can do your oil change and rotate your tires." I was happy and said "YES PLEASE!!!" In a short amount of time my female mechanic brought my car around and stated it was ready! She told me, "We changed your oil, rotated your tires, checked your brakes, checked all your fluids, your air and cabin filters look good and your car is ready to go. I went to the counter to pay my bill. The cashier helped me check out my GM Rewards and my bill came to $78 for EVERYTHING they did! Then I drove off feeling happy and very well taken care of in about 35 minutes, YEAH!!

Quick and easy

Kelly Jo was great to work with. We kept in constant contact about the type of vehicle I was looking. We went over everything, I’ve never bought a new car sight unseen! Kelly Jo made it so easy! Overall a great experience, with those that I interacted with :)

Routine maintenance great job by

The technician left the oil cap in by the hood latch causing the vehicle to leak oil in my garage and spray oil everywhere under the hood. I called right when I found the issue (1.5 days after service) and they offered a thing of oil to get me through the weekend, but they closed in 10 minutes. We didn’t drive the car throughout the weekend and they picked it up first thing Monday morning, cleaned everything up and did a fresh oil change in case there was debris in the oil. Not an ideal situation, but they were on top of a solution.

Oil change , tire rotation was great. I had to get numbers of other people to get a dent removed and to add fog lights to my truck. If I have to go elsewhere for services I want I might as well not come there at all. Highly disappointed
